There are a couple of ways to integrate HostedScan with your ticketing system:

  1. Email - invite a system email to your account and send the notifications and results from vulnerability scans to that email address.
  2. Webhooks - HostedScan Premium tier supports webhooks and a full-feature API. Listen to the HostedScan webhook events and trigger actions in the ticket system, such as creating a new ticket or closing an existing ticket. See the webhooks documentation for more information.
