An unreachable target is one where HostedScan was unable to establish the necessary connection for scanning. There are a few common reasons for this:
A typo in the target. An invalid URL or a domain name without DNS records cannot be scanned. Fix: ensure that the URL, IP address, or fully qualified domain is correct.
The website is not up. Fix: ensure that the website is running properly and you can open it in your browser.
A network or firewall is blocking the traffic from the scanners. Fix: Configure your network to allow traffic from HostedScan. See https://help.hostedscan.com/help/what-ip-addresses-are-used-for-the-hostedscan-vulnerability-scanners for full details about the IP addresses used by HostedScan.
